Project Manager

Your new company
An award winning and highly regarded national house builder who typically develop medium to large new build residential sites including a range of apartment blocks to semi and detached residencies.

Your new role
As a Project Manager you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and will be project managing up to 10 sites across the East Midlands South region. You will be monitoring the project progress against budget, plans and plan of works and understand the planning steps to take a site from acquisition, through early set-out stage, the build and project close out.
You will be based at the Leicester office but will be visiting sites regularly and holding site meetings to keep up with the progress.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked as a Project Manager or equivalent for a volume house builder, knowledge of the planning and land acquisition stages, experience of running multiple sites simultaneously, running site meetings, budgets/plan of works management, leading site teams to achieve targets and bring the projects in on target.
