Your new company
A well-established SME House Builder who run projects across the East Midlands and have a new development due to start by the end of the Summer and are looking to boost their staffing levels.


Your new role
As a Site Manager you will initially be in charge of their new renewable energy development utilising photo voltaic panels and air source heat pumps along with an element of contemporary design i.e. cladding and flat roofs.
You will be given control to manage the sites to ensure they run to schedule, with full support from higher level management.
The role will involve managing the work of direct and sub contract labour, ensuring that health and safety on site is maintained at the highest level.
You will also need to ensure build programmes are adhered to and customer care is a strong priority.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Site Manager in a similar organisation, with excellent longevity in your previous roles. You will have worked on renewable energy projects or understand the requirements and be excited to work on projects that will take the client forward into the future.
Experience with NHBC/LABC award winning sites would also be advantageous. You should be a strong communicator as this role could be customer facing on occasion.
You will have a strong eye for detail with the ability to hit the ground running. You will also hold CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid and Health and Safety qualifications.
