A Leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction developer based in Market Harborough specialise in infrastructure projects is now looking for a Mechanical Project Manager due to recent growth. They are offering a permanent position with benefits including flexible working to collaborate with the Delivery Team in Healthcare sector.


Your new role
On this role you will need to collaborate with the MEP Manager with planning, design, listing, delivering on mechanical systems. Also, you will need to assist, support, and develop project scheduling, monitoring process and delivery process. Coordinate mechanical building services and medical equipment aspects with UK and international design consultants. Be involved in supporting the purchasing and commercial team in preparing tender and contract documents


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to be fast paced, be a team player who effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written negotiation skills. You will need to have attention to detail and healthcare engineering system knowledge (design, components, procurement, and specifications).
Nice to have a Bachelor's degree related to the job description, experience with the Healthcare sector or IHEEM membership.


What you'll get in return
The candidate will have 2 interview stages and if successful will be offered a competitive salary accordingly with his experience, 25 holiday days plus bank holidays, 3 months' probation period, 9am to 5am, flexible working with 2 to 3 days at home. Travel and reasonable out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed, laptop and mobile provided. Also car allowance, private health care and pension schemes provided.
