Civils Site Agent required for Civil Engineering Contractor based in Cheshire


Hays Civil Engineering are working alongside an established Civil Engineering Contractor with a solid reputation within the Civil Engineering sector. We are looking to recruit an experienced Site Agent to join this established and growing organisation

As a Site Agent you'll come from a Civil Engineering background, and ideally have progressed through the ranks on site. Experience of working on multi-million pound Civil Engineering projects is crucial to this role, and ideally you'll have experience working on projects such as:

* Demolition
* Remediation
* Large Earthworks
* General Civils
* Roads & Highways
* Drainage

Key Aspects of the Role:

* Full Site Management of the project
* Management of all sub-contractors on site
* Procurement & Material requisitions
* Progress Reporting & Programming
* Responsible for cost and value
* Supporting with RAMS and permits
* Key stakeholder liaison and management
* H&S

You'll need proven Site Management experience working on a mix of Civil Engineering projects, and also possess the skills and experience required to positively influence and support change on projects
You'll have SMSTS, 1st Aid & CSCS
