Senior Cost Manager

We are currently representing our client looking to expand their team with a chartered Quantity Surveyor.  To be considered you will have:

• Experience from both contracting and consulting environments
• Experience of managing a small team
• MRICS / MCIOB
• Experience of construction management forms of contract as well as design and build
• Tendering packages and procurement
• Cost management and budget control 
• Understanding of specialist trades and specialist materials would be very useful. 
• High end residential sector experience or luxury hotel experience would be very beneficial and appealing.
