Senior/Associate Building Surveyor

Your new company
You will work for a midlands leading construction consultancy based in Leicestershire. They have a mixture of clients across the commercial, retail, higher education and residential sector. They have a family like feel to their office, and are keen to maintain their fun and dynamic culture.

Your new role
You will manage the Building Surveying business across the Leicestershire office, linking in with their other offices across the UK. You will work with condition surveys and reports, dilapidations and project work. You will lead the team and help the business grow. As the company are a market leading business, the team are fed work from the other disciplines, however you will be confident in meeting with clients and winning business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a Building Surveying degree or equivalent, as well as experience working in a building surveying capacity. You will ideally be MRICS qualified. You will be passionate about working for a market leading business.
