Senior Building Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for a senior building surveyor with a Manchester based consultancy.

Your new company
Quirky and unique consultancy offering building consultancy and asset management service across residential and commercial properties. They have invested heavily in their technology now offering drone surveys and surveys using matterport 3D camera, which not many of their competitors do. The business is 20 years old and has grown from strength to strength over the past 10 years we have worked with them they offer great career progression and support. Their building consultancy team of 3 is now looking to welcome a senior building surveyor to be a vital part of the team.

Your new role
In this role you will be working on interesting projects using new technology to deliver surveys, PPM reports, design, specification and tender for new work. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who would like to make their mark on a company, bring in new business, and network within the industry. There is no glass ceiling here so you can truly make the role your own and progress with the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be have a degree in building surveying or equivalent with post graduate experience and chartered status. You will be a well connected individual or with passion for networking and developing new business.
