Your new company - This extremely reputable financial company are looking to expand their customer service team due to growth. They are based in Manchester city centre and offer a hybrid working policy.

Your new role - You will be joining the team as a customer service representative. Your day to day duties will consist of the below;

What you'll need to succeed - To be a successful candidate for this role the below characteristics will enhance your chances massively;

• Customer service experience (ideally in a contact centre but not essential)
• Positive attitude to work
• Experience with Microsoft office applications (Excel, word, outlook etc.)
• Self motivated
• Attention to detail
• Good academic background (GCSE's or A-levels)
