Your new company
You will work for a small consultancy based in Leicestershire who offer building surveying, fire risk assessments and maintenance surveys.

Your new role
You will work as a Building Surveyor working with condition surveys and reports, as well as some project works. You will have the opportunity to work from home and to cover a region within the Midlands. You will work within the education sector predominantly, however they have projects within residential and retail too.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a Building Surveying role, and will ideally be MRICS qualified. You will have experience in condition surveys and reports, dilapidations and project work. You will be keen to work for an expanding business, who are growing and developing their staff.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a basic salary of up to £50000, home working if desired, as well as development and opportunity to grow your career with an expanding business.
