Your new company
A social housing association based around West Midlands is looking for multi trade skills persons including plumbers, plasterers, carpenters and external workers.

Your new role
You will be carrying out day to day reactive maintenance on occupied properties. This is a 3 month initial contract to catch up on a backlog of 7000 repairs, however there is the potential for an extension. Your working hours will be 8am to 16:30pm Monday to Friday (40 hours paid per week)

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have NVQs/C&G qualifications however not essential. You must have their own tools and van, you will be expected to leave there house no later than 07:30 (client appreciates if the job is more than a 30 min drive from home they may start later)
You will be required to have a DBS put into process through Hays before your start date. Mileage is paid 45p per mile from door to door.
