Contract Manager (NEC 3)

NEC Contract Manager (FM), mobile, hybrid, £50k pro-rata.


Your new company
You would be working for a construction company to manage and mobilise the contracts relating to the compounds along their construction area.

Your new role
You would be employed for a minimum of 3 months, looking towards 6 months plus. You would be carrying out the work necessary to mobilise and manage the FM contracts within their compounds. Your daily tasks would entail creating tenders and dealing with procurements of the contracts and liaising with representatives from FM consultancies. Travel will be expected from site to site within the 80km construction path. (All travel/millage will be expensed) this role is hybrid - with a 60/40 split weekly and a 40hr work week.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience working mobilisation NEC contracts and experience liaising with FM consultancies. You will need to have good client relations and have a good understanding of facilities, and construction contracts. An M&E technical qualification would be desirable as well as good knowledge of CAFM systems.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive hourly pay - approximately 50k pro-rata.
