Site Manager

High End Fitout in the Central Belt needs Experienced Site Manager to run it. 28 Weeks work starting mid June

Your new company
Our client are a well respected fitout contractor who are experts in the delivery of fitouts within the medical space. They have a series of fitouts coming up in the Central Belt (one in Falkirk and one in Glasgow) which requires an experienced Site Manager to deliver over the course of the next 6 months.


Your new role
As Site Manager you will be fully responsible for all site operations from managing and organising your subcontractors to report upwards to your PM who will visit site every 2 weeks. You will be expected to problem solve and handle issues as they arise at all times ensuring the project remains on program. The project is a £1million fitout of a retail/medical centre with exacting finish required so as Site Manager you will be responsible for supervising the output of your team of subcontractors reach the standards required.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience in the delivery of retail/medical fitouts and have an in date SMSTS And First AID. Ideally from a trade background you will have good interpersonal skills with high attention to detail. This role is for 28 weeks but the first fitout is in the Central Belt and the Second one is in Glasgow so these locations must be suitable.
