Project Manager

Madison Berkeley is delighted to be working with a well-established and reputable Project and Cost Management Consultancy. Working with them to help source a Junior Project Manager for their successful residential team. To be considered you will have around 12 months experience as a Project Manager, or possibly an architect wishing to get in to Project Management, with either mixed use experience or residential led developments.

Working closely with a Senior Project Manager, you will assist with the administration side of the process, ensuring that the project is set up correctly in the first instance. You will be involved in the project from RIBA stage 2 and have involvement with Feasibility Studies, Surveys and high level Programming. Ideally you will have had exposure to working closely with clients and working collaboratively internally and externally.

In return you will be given the opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading developers and will be given support and training throughout the development lifecycle.
