Site Manager - refurb to MOD buildings 6 months in Stafford

Your new company
Our client is a Staffordshire based building contractor, which specialises in refurbishment and maintenance.
They work across multi sites at any one time across MOD bases in Staffordshire and Shropshire.

Your new role
You will be the site manager, responsible for managing several projects in the local area.
These will range in value from £5K to £150K per project.
This is specialist work on MOD buildings - we are looking for experience on refurb or small building projects.
You will report to the Projects Manager and have direct reports that include site foreman / supervisors and trades staff.


What you'll need to succeed
A strong background working for the main contractor
You will live locally to Staffordshire / Shropshire.
You will be experienced managing multiple projects at once.
