Freelance Project Manager / Site Manager New Build retail / industrial unit 8 months in Nottingham

Your new company
Our client are a small local main contractor to the Nottingham area.
They has a new project starting in Mid June - An 8 month project building a part retail / part industrial unit.
The site is just outside Nottingham City

Your new role

As the Number 1 site manager - you will be responsible for the programme/ sub contractor management, H&S and also some of the design co-ordination.

Hence this would be a role suitable for candidates with Project Management experience as opposed to purely site supervision.
You will have the support of the local office to manage the design and any costing / QS issues.


What you'll need to succeed
SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS
Main contracting background
Experience assisting with design changes led by the client
Industrial building experience


What you'll get in return

8 month project
An excellent day rate - DOE
Paid either PAYE / CIS or Ltd Company
Outside IR35
