Your new company
Our Tier 1 client is looking for a Freelance Supervisor to support the management in delivering a successful project involving multi utilities from Quainton and Southam. The Project is due to start towards the end of May and involve a long term freelance assignment.
Your new role
The role will be in relation to managing utilities installation works. The section of works extend from Quainton to Southam for the HS2; water, gas, electric and comms diversion from going over the future rail track. There is also other diversions due to bridges being built and access road that are required to be in place. The diversion consist of single diversions to multi trench diversion. Other duties will include: temporary works, deep drainage, assisting in ensuring all health and safety and legislation requirements are met. You will need to be organised, and proactive to assist in resolving any issues that may arise on site. This is a great opportunity to be part of a major infrastructure project within the UK
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working cross similar Utilities project, demonstrating good Health and safety practice in relation to all utility connections and installation. The role will require the following criteria:
- CSCS management Level 4-6
- SSSTS
- NRSWA
- First Aid
- NERS and WRIS accreditation (preferable)
- Temporary Works (preferable)
