Job Details
This fledgling residential developer has exploded in growth recently, both in terms of the number of projects they're running at once, and the number and size of the team they have there. This opportunity is to join their team as a building surveyor, checking the new builds and refurbishments for defects as well as helping with the projects themselves. Not only that, but joining a small team at this stage of their growth means you'll be joining on the metaphorical ground floor, being able to grow with the company and become an influential part of the business.
You do need to have at least 3 years of post graduate surveying experience, ideally in the residential sector at either consultancy or similar.
