A Large Multidisciplinary Consultancy are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager to join their expanding team in their Sheffield office. Whose property portfolio consist of both private and public sectors in the construction market with sectors covering health, retail, education, commercial, offices & Residential

Your new role
Your job will be to assist and give support to the Senior Project Managers in the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion in line with client expectations and requirements. Support external meetings with customer, suppliers and stakeholders, Provide performance analysis and recommendations for improvements developing and maintaining key relationships with internal customers and clients, contribute to securing opportunities and repeat business through the high quality of service delivery, contribute to the control of the internal and external commercial aspects of projects across a range of contractual arrangements, support and manage the delivery of projects in accordance with the quality plan, including participation in regular internal and client audits

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree in a Construction or Project Management subject you will have relevant professional qualification with the APM / CIOB or MRICS or be working towards membership you will have previous experience in Project Management within a consultancy but the client will look at candidates with a mixture of sectors from client side to contractor, My client will also consider Building surveying or quantity surveying qualifications with an understanding that this will be a Project Management role. A natural communicator, able to build strong relationships, with experience in driving multi-functional teams and delivering to tight time-scales. Experience in the application of Project Management skills at assistant level in a relevant business environment.
