Your new company
This housing association is looking to appoint a multi skilled plumber for one of their sites based in Worcester. This is a 3 month initial contract, however is a temp to perm contract. You will be required to have full time availability as this is a 37 hours a week role Monday - Friday.

Your new role
Your new role will involve the following duties:
- Carrying out all type of plumbing repairs and installations of baths, toilets and wash basins
- Proven ability diagnosis of work problems within the trade
- Carrying out associated trade skills i.e. replacement of work tops and base units
- Use of PDA's
- Experience in the social housing sector
- Experience with dealing with customers
- Experience in a wide range of multi skilling abilities
- Good Health and Safety knowledge within this maintenance environment
- Working on out of hours rota
