Document Controller, Construction Admin- Birmingham, £25K to £30K


Your new company
You would be working for a Building Services, Facilities Management and Engineering group with offices in eight locations across England and Wales. You would be employed as apart of the Administration team to aid the Project delivery team in the document/file management for their projects from start to finish.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the full document administration for the project from beginning to end. The role involves the monitoring, downloading & uploading, filing and distribution of information exchanges as necessary for the Project Delivery team, in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures. The role requires travel between Site and Office; With predicted split being 3 days site/2 days office, subject to change. The working hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday - Thursday and 8am to 4.30pm Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have experience in administration/document handling from a Construction, Building Services, Facilities Management, or equivalent company. You will need good communication and organisational skills as well as IT skills and the ability to interpret engineering specifications and drawings previous experiences and knowledge of Construction Document control systems, such as Viewpoint (4P's).
