Public Liaison Manager (Civils)

Stakeholder Manager / Public Liaison Mgr required for a large Civil Engineering project in North Wales


Hays Civil Engineering are working alongside a National Civil Engineering Contractor with a huge reputation within the Civil Engineering sector. We are looking to recruit an experienced Stakeholder Manager / Public Liaison Manager to join an outstanding, and unique project in North Wales

Key Aspects of the Role:

• Produce and implement stakeholder relations plans to support the successful delivery of the project
• Engage with local communities through activities such as community meetings and working groups
• Produce and deliver information such as advance notice of works to local residents and businesses
• Manage the procedure for receiving, investigating and responding to enquiries and complaints, ensuring all enquiries and complaints are resolved in a prompt and professional manner
• Work proactively with local communities, project and client teams to identify ways of mitigating impact and reducing complaints
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders including the site project teams, head office staff and clients' representatives
• Produce written reports
• Present to key stakeholders, and also local community groups

You will have worked in a similar role previously, and ideally live within the local Gwynedd, or North Wales region
