Freelance Quantity Surveyor Social Housing refurbishment Nottingham

Your new company
Our client is looking for a freelance QS. They are a social housing contractor, working on a refurbishment site in Nottingham.
This is a large well known contractor with great long term opportunities in the local area.


Your new role
You will be responsible for handing over with the incumbent QS, and taking the project through to final account.
There is 12 months work left, as such we are looking for a committed, loyal freelance candidate.


What you'll need to succeed
A strong main contractor or house builder background
Ideally some residential experience, although that is not essential.
