Your new role
In this role you will be working as a claims advisor on the customer service team. You duties will include;
- Speaking with customers over the phone
- Making sure details are logged correctly
- Understanding claims and identifying a sufficient outcome
- To process cheques on claims files as required and in accordance with your authorities
- General claim advisor duties
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful candidate for this role most of the below attributes would be required;
- Customer service experience
- Claims, credit or fraud experience
- Positive work ethic
- Team player
- Transferrable skills in Motor claims
- Written and verbal communication
