Your new company
Our client is a medium sized commercial main contractor, working on a refurbishment project in Oxford.
The project is a refurb to a student accommodation building.

Your new role
You will be the site manager, responsible for the project.
Your will manage the programme, the sub contractors and the H&S of the project.
You will report to the contracts manager


What you'll need to succeed
CSCS
SMSTS
First Aid
Experience within refurb or interiors
Main contracting background.


What you'll get in return
A start on 30th May
6 month project - from start to finish
Paid CIS / Ltd Company or PAYE
Outside IR35
