Madison Berkeley are pleased  to partner with one of the most admired commercial real estate firms who are looking for MRICS Chartered Building Surveyors up to Associate Directors. 

Work undertaken is a wide range of commercially focused, professional building consultancy work for a variety of investor and corporate occupier clients within the UK ranging from single assets to large portfolios and platform deals.

Practice areas that are expected of the candidate include technical due diligence for investment and occupier purposes, dilapidations for both landlord and tenants, contract administration, refurbishment works and maintenance advice (PPMs).

The impressive Head Office is based in London but they would look at candidates arcos the UK, who could come into a regional office. They are fully set up for hybrid working with people typically coming in 2/3 days a week.
