Working for a Social Housing Maintenance contractor who work across the North West region. They are a main sub-contractor for various social housing companies.

Your new role

You will be working on Tenanted and Void housing for the majority of your role. You will be working on the repairs and maintenance plumbing scheme. Duties will include- leaks, external and internal blockages, tap change, WC repairs, minor jobs on other trades.

What you'll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
• Experience in Maintenance or Social housing
• CSCS Card (preferred)
• UK Driving license
• Knowledge of other trades
• North west based
