Your new role
You will quite simply be working on all manner of repairs and voids surveys on housing stock. As a customer facing expert you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer satisfaction and delivering value for money.

This dynamic role also provides the successful employee with chances to work on planned programmes as and when required alongside their typical day to day. What you'll need to succeed
Quite simply, you will need the below:

• Experience of delivering responsive repairs/maintenance surveys and voids surveys.
• Experience working with social housing stock.
• Knowledge of undertaking stock condition surveys and effectively analysing data make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of building/construction and safety legislation and standards.
• Have a recognised fire safety qualification or evidence of relevant industry experience.
