Building Surveyor

Permanent job for a building surveyor to work with a housing association in Manchester.

Your new company
A housing association providing housing stock across Greater Manchester. They are currently growing their surveying team and are now in a position to take on a permanent building surveyor to look after properties in Manchester.

Your new role
In this role you will be working alongside a team of 2 building surveyors delivering maintenance, void, planned and reactive surveys across the Manchester portfolio.
You will deliver technical reports and liaise with tenants on regular basis.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working with housing and social housing environment delivering building surveys. Ideally you will have a HND/HNC in building surveying or equivalent and be an organised individual happy to work in a busy environment.
