Plasterer (Multi Skilled) | Leicestershire | £19.00ph + 45p per mile

• Multi skilled plasterer required to start work ASAP for a housing association based in Birmingham
• You will be responsible for carrying out day to day repairs and maintenance on social housing (occupied properties)
• Primarily plastering/patching repairs however will be required to do other works including decorating, stain block, basic tiling etc
• Ideally you will have worked in a similar environment carrying out maintenance and repairs on domestic properties
• City & Guilds or NVQs in Plastering would be beneficial
• You must have your own tools and van - mileage paid for at 45p per mile
• Long term contract, potential to become permanent
• Working Mon-Fri 38 hours paid per week
