Senior Project Manager/Project Director

We are delighted to be working again with one of our long standing clients on a new role, Project Director/Senior Development Project Manager to join their exiting team. The role will report into a company Director and you will work very closely with the Development Managers from the outset. This role could suit someone at the start of their career who is recently chartered or alternatively someone who is an experienced individual. 

The schemes you will be working on are extremely exciting, re-purposing and positioning of retail assets into BTR residential units in London and the South. The successful candidate will have a track record of delivery in a Project Manager or Development Manager capacity with a solid understanding of residential development. If someone has also worked across retail and mixed use it would be an added bonus but not essential. You will have a broad breadth of experience that covers a mixture of project types from major refurbishments to demolition and rebuild and schemes that are in the region of 200+ units but of course if you are at the start of your journey into Project Management this will be taken into consideration. Educated to degree level in a Property related subject is essential and ideally you will hold a professional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM, CIOB.
