Hays have been approached by a top property consultancy to help them recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor in their Glasgow office. My client is considered to be one of the top organisations in the industry in providing building surveying to the private and public sectors. You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects and work with highly regarded people in the industry. If you are a graduate building surveyor working towards your APC and looking to get more support then this would be the perfect position.

Our client has a 99% APC pass rate and is fully committed to supporting graduates through this process.

You will get full exposure to commercial building surveying including, due diligence, contract administration, planned preventative maintenance, dilapidation's and party walls. Previous experience working in a private practice surveying firm is essential for this role.

What you'll need to succeed

• Graduate, ideally with previous consultancy experience
• A good mixed project sector range (health, education, retail, office and residential would be ideal)
• Confident and motivated individual
• Client facing
