Chartered Surveyor - Industrial/Office - AD/Partner

We are currently working on behalf of a Multidisciplined Property Partnership looking for an enthusiastic and driven Chartered Surveyor to join their Corporate Real Estate team based in London. The ideal profile will come join between the levels of Associate Director to Partner and will focus on servicing largely industrial-based clients in the UK with Industrial and Office portfolio's.

The salary on offer will depend on level and is likely to fall between £50-90k plus package.

This role will broadly be an Industrial Agency role focussing on the Tenant occupier side with a strong pre-existing base of corporate real estate clients. 

The role will further include:

- Disposals, lettings/sales and surrenders
- Acquisition work, Design and Build, sites and buildings
- Consultancy work advising on lease events and industrial development

This is an extremely exciting and varied role suited to somebody with the desire to build and manage client relations and existing industrial and office portfolios. Furthermore, it is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your knowledge, utilise experience gained to date to identify and implement asset management opportunities within a highly reputable team in the market.
