Your new role
Our client is looking for a project manager for special projects mainly focused around fire safety. You will be working out of their North London office. You would be assisting the Assistant Director in leading programs of major remedial works projects. another part of this job is taking control on your own and leading the way on a number of projects on individual buildings. Another part of this role is organising contracts for contractors and consultants. A significant part of this role is being part of our clients property management team, where you will be preparing or improving service improvement plans and the organisation strategy.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need a number of different qualities and qualifications. Having experience in development and fire safety is important. Qualification in Building Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management or non-cognate degree and conversion route. Some candidates could have an opportunity to get this role if they can prove a track record of heading in the right direction of becoming chartered (MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM).

All of this comes with a competitive salary of £59,001.43.
