You will be working for a Social Housing company based in Preston. They have multiple homes across the Lancashire area and require a Maintenance Electrician to assist on their Void property scheme.

Your new role

Your duties will be-

• Repairs and rewires
• Fault finding
• Testing and Inspecting
• Maintenance on faulty wires
• General reports on wiring issues
• On call rota if required

What you'll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 3
• 18th Edition
• 2391 Testing and Inspecting
• CSCS Card (desirable)
• Own vehicle
