Senior Project Manager - Client Side - Midlands

This vibrant and incredibly busy developer is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing in-house property team. Working with developments from start to finish, and being involved every step of the way, you'll be helping to deliver complex and sprawling developments involving very high-end residences and mixed-use facilities involving highways, infrastructure integration, planning, design team assembly through to tendering to contractors, contract administration and delivery.

You need to be from either a project consultancy or another developer / client-side company, with experience in delivering multi-million pound high-end projects. You'll be working relatively autonomously in a fast-paced environment, so prior experience in high-end developments would be very beneficial. Based mainly remotely, you'll have to travel to a few sites regularly and attend meetings in the Head Office in the Midlands too.
