Job Details

This small but growing residential-led developer based in Manchester is looking for a Project Manager to join as number 2 in the business. With a team of around 12 already there, you'll be helping manage a team of around 4 Development Surveyors alongside delivering a mix of new build high-rise towers and refurbishments of existing properties.

Coming from a Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or Project Management background at either a consultancy or another developer, you'll be helping the Development Director balance the management of the team and adjust any of the project parameters as needed, helping drive the business forward.
