An international consultancy require an experienced Property Management Surveyor to join their established Leeds office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and high billing property management team.

Your new role
Your new role will focus on commercial properties and you will be joining a busy and well experienced, friendly team. You will be reporting into the director while supporting more junior members of staff with their professional development.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as a Property Management Surveyor with your new business you will ideally be MRICS qualified but the emphasis will be on your experience as a property manager with industrial and commercial being advantageous. To be successful in this role it would also be beneficial to show in interview that you are able to generate new business and be able to lead from the front within the team.

What you'll get in return
In return you will get a competitive salary with car allowance and excellent bonus structure. Holiday allowance is 27days and you will allow earn additional days during your service.
