Multi Skilled Joiner, Joiner, MS Joiner
Your new company
The client has various Tenanted and Void properties across the North west and you will be responsible for attending the void properties to repair and maintain the joinery scheme across the Bolton and Wigan area. You will also be required to attend other basic trade duties as instructed by the client.
Your new role
- All fix joinery work; skirts, archs, doors, kitchens etc
- Basic Plumbing, Painting/Decorating, Tiling, Patch Plastering
- Liaising with Contractors for various appointment booking
- Ordering and collecting materials
- Working in void properties in accordance with your diary
What you'll need to succeed
- NVQ Level 2 or 3
- Experience in Social Housing or Maintenance environment
- Full UK Driving License
- Good time keeper
- Ability to work alone or in a team
- CSCS Card (preferable)
