Your new company is a local authority based in Merseyside. This role is a hybrid working role and allows for people who wish to work from home 3-4 days per week.
Your new role
Your new role as Team Leader will require you to oversee a team of General Practice Surveyors, Asset Valuation Surveyors, Building Surveyors and associated administrative staff. You will oversee the authorities property management function inclusive of capital receipts, valuation and landlord and tenant obligations.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be an MRICS Chartered Estates/GP Surveyor and will ideally hold registered valuer status. You will have experience of managing multi disciplinary teams and will be able to chair meetings/liaise with other departmental leads as required.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate, a 6 month contract which is highly likely to be extended, if not go permanent. You will also receive car allowance rate for travel to and from site.
