Building Surveyor

6-12 month contract with view to a permanent position as Building Surveyor.

Your new company
Your new company is a social housing provider based in Liverpool. They are looking for a Building Surveyor to help deliver planned maintenance programmes from inception to completion.

Your new role
Your new role as Planned Maintenance Surveyor will require you to conduct surveys to enable you to put a specification of works together. You will put works out to tender and be involved in appointing an appropriate contractor. You will ensure CDM regulations are met on site, monitor ongoing works and inspect once complete.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need experience in a similar role overseeing planned maintenance programmes and a qualification in a building studies related subject.
