Groundworks Manager

Permanent Groundworks Manager job, Multiple site locations, Groundworks on care homes- Competitive salary

Your new company
You will be working for a growing Nottinghamshire based main contractor that have sites across the Midlands and North West. The organisation are looking to recruit a specialist Groundworks Manager to join their operational team. The company have a large amount of new build care home projects and this position will be to support the site teams.

Your new role
You will be working alongside other Contracts Managers to specifically oversee the groundworks on projects. Working on foundations, roads, sewers and associated utilities. You will manage the subcontract labour to ensure that the works are being completed safely and on time. The position will require travel between sites across the areas mentioned. You will be able to liaise with clients and stakeholders and manage the associated risk of the groundwork package.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong groundwork's background and have the ability to manage the package of works independently. You will have a Full UK driving license, CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Qualifications.
