Contract Manager (Property/FM)

FM Contracts Manager based in Birmingham, 30K- 40k


Your new company
Your employer would be one of the largest property consultancies in the UK. You would be on their Contract Management Team, based in their Birmingham office, where you will coordinate and supervise the overall contract management.

Your new role
The role will revolve around reporting to clients on overall contract performance including KPIs and finances as well as coordinating all reports from other areas of the business such as delivery, finance, H&S. You will also oversee the arrangement of events relating to the contracts and Health and Safety along with assisting with contract dismissal. This role includes hybrid working on a 50/50 basis.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in FM contract/account management and experience working in a client-facing environment. A Project Management qualification or experience would be desirable. The ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator and team player, who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. As well as use initiative to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload effectively.
