Estate & Facilities Manager

Interim Estates & Facilities Manager based across 6 sites in Dudley, pro-rata - 45K.


Your new company
Your employer would be a large public sector organisation based in Dudley. You would be working in the Estates and Facilities Department, responsible for the maintenance management and development of the estates including all short planning. This role is based on over 6 sites.

Your new role
You will be supervising and coordinating building operations and services across the estates, to ensure they are fully maintained, compliant and provide an efficient service. You will undertake risk assessments and ensure all KPIs, and SLAs are met. On a daily basis, you will be co-ordinating the regular and scheduled maintenance works, working under the Chief Operating Officer to ensure efficient and compliant Hard and Soft FM. You will be responsible for ensuring all services meet health safety and compliance requirements. There will be some small works project planning expected. What you'll need to succeed

What you'll need to succeed
For this role, you will need relevant facilities management qualifications as well as IOSH, NEBOSH (obtained or working towards). As a person you must be competent in report writing, devising, and completing risk assessments in addition to having experience in multi-site management and managing the building maintenance. For this role, you will need a current clean full Driving Licence and an Enhanced DBS.

What you'll get in return
You will be paid weekly at a pro-rata rate of around £45K, depending on your level of experience and skill.
