Quantity Surveyor - Construction - Negotiable Salary & Package
Your new company
Regional housing contractor specialising in private new build and residential, focusing on high quality homes, with projects across Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and East Midlands
Your new role
Due to continued growth and busy order book they are now looking for Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team.
Main duties:
- Maximise profit and cash levels at all times
- Manage and reducing risks to the business
- Subcontractor packages management
- Able to deal with tough negotiations and pressures of fast paced environment.
- CVR's
- General Quantity Surveying duties
- Procurement
- Material Call off
- Liaising with Site Managers, keeping sites on programme
