Job Details

Opportunistic and privately owned Property Company is expanding their portfolio and their team.  They are looking for a bright and credible Development Project Manager who can demonstrate a huge passion for property. Their portfolio is completely mixed sector, and mainly in London.

The role is to work alongside the Head of Development across the entire portfolio, and in particular to take responsibility for all aspects of the development life cycle, including development and feasibility appraisals on new acquisitions and development sites within the existing portfolio, and then make recommendations to the board on layout, office/retail/residential mix, etc before handing schemes to the planning team. You’ll also be heavily involved in driving external agencies on development sales and leasing to ensure full occupancy; as well as marketing sites yourself.

Their product is high end, and they are passionate about delivering architecturally interesting schemes, utilising technology and ensuring their schemes are best in class for the local area. It’s a small team so there are opportunities to also help source new investments, as well as doing some hands on Asset Management if desired. They offer a great opportunity to carry out a very varied role in a fast paced environment, and join a small but growing team.

Candidates must be MRICS and they are happy to consider candidates currently working in a development advisory team but who wish to move to the client side.
