Chartered Building Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for a chartered building surveyor to work with a consultancy in Manchester.

Your new company
This is a consultancy based in South Manchester focusing on healthcare and education sector projects. The office in Manchester is over 80 people strong and have a secure pipeline of work allowing them to further grow the team fully supporting you in your career development.

Your new role
In this role you will be involved in contract administration, dilapidations, building surveys and liaising with your clients. You will be trusted to deliver project autonomously and your career could see you managing junior surveyors and help in training.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a chartered surveyor with few years PQE and experience working across a range of sectors especially healthcare and education, though training will be provided as well.
