Stores Operative Job role based in St.Ives. Competitive Salary of up to £25,000

Your new company

Your new company is one of the UK's leading roofing contractors who provide the highest quality of of roofing workmanship combined with outstanding technical support and customer service. Currently they are looking to expand their team during a period of growth, as such they are looking to bring on an stores operative to join their growing team.

Your new role

Your new role will have you undertaking general duties including providing efficient and accurate loading, delivery and installation of stores. Ensuring general maintenance and warehouse duties of the supply stores and associated items. Handling and documenting deliveries against order sheets, maintaining stock levels, keeping storage areas clean and tidy. There are driving elements involved in this role as well, ensuring that supplies are delivered effectively and efficiently.


What you'll need to succeed

You will need relevant experience in stores or warehouse background with proven experience in previous roles. You will need to have excellent customer service skills are ideal as well as excellent time management and organisational skills. Having a driving license is essential for this role as there are driving elements to the role.
