Workflow Manager - TfL Contract.

Your new company

Your new role
Effective end to end process management of the TFL Tunnels and Pump Stations contract planned preventative, reactive maintenance, ECO (Emergency Call out) and Defect reporting workflows, ensuring compliance with client specifications and completion of work schedules in accordance with strict KPI's.

What you'll need to succeed
* Responsible for developing and maintaining effective planned preventative maintenance programmes in accordance with the client specifications, good practice and regulatory compliance, for all tunnels and pump stations assets.
* Responsible for producing yearly Tunnels and pumping station TM closure programmes and road space permitting
* End to end process management of workflows via the TFL Maximo asset management system, covering all planned preventative maintenance activities, emergency callouts, defect reporting and reactive maintenance repairs.
* Work closely with the senior maintenance engineer for the development of weekly work schedules, covering all planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities for distribution to the supervisors.
* Provide TFL frequent updates regarding the status of planned preventative maintenance activities, forecasting, recording of emergency call outs and management of defects in accordance with KPI's
* Rigorous management of the Maximo asset data base to ensure that all tunnels and pump station asset information is kept up to date.
* Interface with supply chain partners as required to confirm that adequate resources are in place for the delivery of planned preventative maintenance requirements.
* Day to day management of administration colleagues to ensure that all Maximo workflow activities are undertaken in strict accordance with the contractual KPI's, and that all supporting documentation is recorded in appropriate Kier and TFL systems
* Perform other related duties from time to time as reasonably required for the management and delivery of workflows.
