Conservation Planner

New Conservation Opportunity.......


Our Client are looking for an experienced Conservation Planner to work as part of their Conservation Team initially on a 3-6 month contract.

The role will involve assisting their Urban Design & Conservation Team with delivery of all matters relating to the historic built environment and townscape within the Planning Service and duties will involve identifying, researching and analysing the issues and needs that impact on places and buildings and and ensuring creative and innovative solutions on how to address these.

The role will suit someone who has a degree or an equivalent qualification in Town Planning, Urban Design or Conservation and who ideally has advanced knowledge and experience of working in urban design or with historic buildings

What you'll get in return
The role can largely be carried out remotely, working from home and there is flexibility with the working hours. Full time ( 5 days per week) or part time (3/4 days per week) options are available
