Managing Quantity Surveyor

Opportunity for a managing quantity surveyor to work directly with a financial services business in Manchester

Your new company
This is a financial services company based in Manchester and working closely with developers and offering them financial services. Due to changes within the business they are currently looking to add to the team and hire a managing quantity surveyor to work within the development funding team.

Your new role
In this role you will offer your expertise within fund monitoring and investment to support and advise the development funding team. Day to day you will have an opportunity to visit sites, assess and provide relevant advice to the team. You will have a say in budgets and advise in technical matters as well as monitoring the external QS's.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to be MRICS chartered QS with previous experience looking at fund monitoring and investment in the commercial sector. You will have excellent knowledge of building regulations and planning, with excellent attention to detail.

What you'll get in return
